Arc Welding Systems

This is standard arc welding cell mainly comprising:

• One, two or three MOTOMAN-UP6 robots.
• One XRC robot controller.
• One servo powered positioner, type RM2 for maximum payload 2x250 kg, 2x500 kg or 2x750 kg. Distance between fixture plates up to 6500 mm. Max diameter of workpiece is 1370 mm.
• Air or water cooled welding equipment, comprising: welding gun, breakaway torch mount, cable bundle, wire feeder, wire feed controller, bobbin holder and cable terminal.
• Safety guarding with lightguard and interlocked service-door.

FMS-system

Customised system mainly comprising: Welding robot, servo powered positioners, loading/unloading rail crane, pallet-fixture racks, tray-carriers including identification system and separate stations for loading/unloading of the fixtures.

Cellular Welding System

Plug-n-play station for smal products in short series. The machine mainly consists of one MOTOMAN-UP6, XRC controller, a manually operated two-position turn-table, welding equipment and electrical and mechanical safety equipments. All parts are built up on a base frame with extra free space for rectifier and water-cooler. Dimensions of base plate is only 2200 x 3200 mm. The whole machine is easily moved around using a fork lift.
