Gantry System

Teknodrom's heavy-duty robot welding system has been designed to provide a reliable, accurate and economic welding solution for production of of large components and workpieces such as excavators, containers and parts for earthmoving equipments. The robot, gantry and positioner are all fully servo powered and synchronized in the XRC robot controller. A twin robot system is also available with two robots applied to one gantry, working together or independently of each other. The gantry system is available with up to three axes, X-Gantry, XY-Gantry, XZ-Gantry or XYZ-Gantry.

Heavy-duty system with XYZ-Gantry, HSB-20000 positioner (workpiece weight up to 20 metric tons).

Small XYZ-Gantry system with a MT1-1000 positioner.

Twin gantry system with two parallel XZ-Gantries carrying two MOTOMAN-UP robots each for heavy duty arc welding.
