Deburring and Polishing

Teknodrom, develops and manufactures robot stations including special tooling and peripherial equipment for applications like deburring, grinding and polishing.  

Deburring of gear wheels. By means of a tool changer system the robot automatically switch between a gripper and the high speed deburring tool.

Polishing the welding bead. Polishing tool is automatically switched by means of a tool changer system. The workpiece is transferred into the cell on a conveyor system. The robot is equipped with a jacket to protect from grinding agent.
